Q1. What are the features of「eSender」Hong Kong Number?

A1. 「eSender」can receive, send SMS and use voice mail service via WeChat official account with plan (1.x), and subscribe to (2.x) plan to apply for one physical SIM card, can be used to receive, send SMS, voice and data services in HK and Macau.

Q2. Can I register「eSender」Mainland China number and Hong Kong number concurrently?

A2. Yes, you can register one Mainland China number and two Hong Kong numbers in the same WeChat account concurrently.

Q3. What information is needed upon registration?

A3. Only a contact number (any Mobile number) is needed.

Q4. How many Hong Kong numbers can be registered?

A4. Two Hong Kong number can be registered in one WeChat account.

Q5. Can I change or cancel the registered「eSender」Hong Kong number in the same WeChat account?

A5. No, It cannot change or cancel once registered.

Q6. Any number can be chosen while registering? How Many?

A6. The system randomly provides five numbers to be chosen.

Q7. The recharge amount can be shared for Mainland China number and Hong Kong number in the same WeChat account?

A7. No, the recharge amount is separately used for Mainland China number or Hong Kong number.

Q8. Any special offer of recharge?

A8. During the promotion period, you can enjoy a 10% discount on the payment by WeChat (RMB) payment, only for purchase of package plan.

Q9. Can I apply a Physical SIM card?

A9. Yes, please contact our customer service officer to get the application form. (You can submit your application via WeChat official account later)

Q10. Do I need to pay the Physical SIM card fee?

A10. During the promotion period, if subscribing to (2.x) plan, the physical SIM card fee and courier fee HK$50 can be waived.( Courier only covers Mainland China , Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)

Q11. How can I get the Physical SIM card? How long?

A11. We will use SF Express and it will take at least three working days from the date of receipt of the application.

Q12. The Physical SIM card fee and courier fee HK$50 can be waived?

A12. During the promotion period, if subscribing to (2.x) plan, such fee can be waived.

Q13. Can I apply to re-issue the Physical SIM card? Do I need to pay the admin fee?

A13. Yes, the Admin fee is HK$50.

Q14. How much for sending SMS?

A14. For sending SMS to Hong Kong mobile number is HK$1/pc, to other areas is HK$3/pc.

Q15. Can I transfer other operators Hong Kong mobile number to use「eSender」service?

A15. Please follow 「eSender」official account via WeChat and choose “Port In Registration” to process the application. The port in time will take at least 7 days.

Q16. Can I transfer my「eSender」Hong Kong number to other Hong Kong operators?

A16. Yes, you can apply within the service period.

Q17. What is the package plan for「eSender」Hong Kong number?

A17. (1.x) Package Plan can use via WeChat official account only:
  1.1) HK$18 for 30days; 1.2) HK$38 for 60days; 1.3) HK$68 for 360days.
(2.x) Package Plan can use via WeChat official account and Physical SIM card:
  2.1) HK$78/90days, including 1GB data usage of HK4G and 300mins call in HK;
  2.2) HK$98/90days, including 2GB data usage of HK4G and Macau4G, 300mins of call in HK and 50mins of call in Macau;
  2.3) HK$188/360days, including 4GB data usage of HK4G and 1000mins call in HK;
  2.4) HK$288/360days, including 6GB data usage of HK4G and Macau4G, 1000mins of call in HK and 100mins of call in Macau;
  2.5) HK$388/360days, including 6GB data usage of China/HK/Macau/Taiwan, 1000mins of call in HK and 100mins of call in Macau.

Q18. Can I change my package plan?

A18. Yes, you can change the package plan within the service period and will be counted as follows:
(1.x) Package Plan:
  Case1: If normal top-up, the service period can be extended and the balance can be kept.
  Case 2: If upgrade to (2.x) package plan, only the balance can be kept.
(2.x) Package Plan:
  Case 1: If normal top-up, the data, voice minutes and the balance can be kept.
  Case 2: If change to different (2.x) package plan, only the balance can be kept.
Remark:
Hong Kong local call minute is defined as below: Incoming or Outgoing local calls in Hong Kong, IDD call from HK to Mainland China number (+86) and US and Canada general number (+1), Hong Kong local call forwarding or ICF to Mainland China number (+86) and US and Canada general number (+1);
Macau local call minute is defined as below: Incoming or Outgoing local calls in Macau, IDD call from Macau to Hong Kong number (+852) and Mainland China number (+86);

Q19. Can I use WeChat PC version to receive「eSender」SMS?

A19. Yes, please follow below steps:
Download and use the "computer version of the WeChat client" software
Download URL:http://weixin.qq.com/ click“free download”
Choose a computer operating system version (e.g. Windows)
Download completed, click“Install WeChat”
Installation completed, click“Run”-- > enter QR Code login interface via WeChat account
Use handset via WeChat account Click“+”--> “Scan QR Code”
Scan successful, use handset to click “Login” to confirm
After confirmed, you can use the computer version log into WeChat account, also you can receive and view the SMS via computer and handset.

Q20. What are the payment methods?

A20. Payment methods are available as follows:
i) Payment can via「eSender」WeChat official account or Multibyte website to make payment by Paypal (Diners, AE, VISA, Master), WeChat and Alipay.
*Alipay is unable to access WeChat official account, you must copy the URL to use browser to access.
**WeChat and Alipay Exchange Rate is counted RMB1 = HKD1.
ii) Payment in cash at any 7-Eleven stores in HK by presenting the barcodes (limited to balance recharge).
**The minimum cash payment per transaction is HK$30 (maximum is HK$5,000). It will take 2 working days for processing the payment and please keep receipt after payment.
iii) Payment in FPS at any Hong Kong Local Bank in HK (Limited to balance recharge)
* The minimum payment per transaction is HK$30. After paid, please upload the transfer record with eSender number via eSender WeChat official account, we will recharge the relevant amount to the designated eSender number as soon as possible.

Q21. How to recharge?

A21. You can enter “My Account” via「eSender」WeChat official account by clicking below:
i)Top-up: Please select mobile number, payment method, chosen package plan or recharge. (balance recharge minimum is HK$30 and must be used within the service period)
ii)Recharge Voucher: You can use Multi-byte recharge vouchers and enter the 18 digits PIN to purchase package plan.
iii)Package Plan: You can use the balance to Purchase the package plan.

Q22. What is the difference between Purchase Package and balance recharge?

A22. The difference is as follows:
i)Purchase Package can extend the service period.
ii)Balance recharge cannot extend the service period. But you can use the balance to purchase package plan and/or send SMS.

Q23. Can I upgrade the package plan from (1.x) to (2.x)?

A23. Yes, please follow「eSender」official account via WeChat and choose “Upgrade Number (Apply SIM Card)” to process the application.
