Q1.What are the features of「eSender」Mainland China Number?

A1. 「eSender 」can receive and send SMS via WeChat official account, you can register for Baidu, video App, JD.com and other services, like opening Bank Account.

Q2. What is the difference between「eSender」Mainland China Number and general China Mobile Number?

A2. 「eSender 」Mainland China number is use via WeChat official account without a physical SIM card. For general China mobile number must be equipped with a physical SIM card to use.

Q3. Is there a free trial period?

A3. During the promotion period, there is 7 days for free trial.

Q4. Can I apply a physical SIM card?

A4. Can’t at this stage.

Q5. Any charge for receiving SMS?

A5. It is free to receive SMS within the service period.

Q6. How much for sending SMS?

A6. For sending SMS to designated Mainland China number is HK$1/pc, to other areas is HK$3/pc.
SMS restriction:
Designated Mainland China number can be sent to 12306/106xxxx/9xxxx only. Normal Peer to Peer SMS within Mainland is not supported.
Other areas: no restrictions.

Q7. How many words for sending SMS?

A7. The length of each SMS, including punctuation, is not more than 120 English or 60 Chinese chars.

Q8. How to register the Mainland China number?

A8. Please follow「eSender」official account via WeChat and follow below steps:
Choose 「eSender」> Registration Service > Enter customer information (gender, customer's name, contact number, ID card type, ID number, Promotion code (if any), verification code and confirm terms and conditions > then system randomly provided a Mainland China number.

Q9. Do I need to register a Wechat account first?

A9. Yes, you must register a WeChat account first and follow「eSender」official account before register this service.

Q10. How many Mainland China number can be registered in the same WeChat account?

A10. Only one Mainland China number can be registered.

Q11. Can I change or cancel the registered Mainland China number in the same WeChat account?

A11. No, It cannot be changed or cancelled within service period.

Q12. Can I register「eSender」Mainland China number and Hong Kong number concurrently?

A12. Yes, you can register one Mainland China number and two Hong Kong number in the same WeChat account concurrently.

Q13. Any number can be chosen?

A13. For "General Number" is randomly provided by system. For "Special number" is paired with last 4 digits of your favorite number.

Q14. How many「eSender」Mainland China numbers can be registered with one ID Card?

A14. Three「eSender」Mainland China numbers can be registered with one ID Card.

Q15. What identity document is needed upon registration?

A15. We accept Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China Identity Card or Passport/ Mainland Travel Permit for HK & Macau Residents/ Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/ Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card in PRC/ Foreign Residents’ Passport.

Q16. Why I need to provide my identity documents?

A16. Following the mobile number real name registration of the Mainland Chinese Government, it is a must for us to collect your identity documents and information in order to assist you to comply with the said mobile number real name registration.

Q17. How to upload my identity documents?

A17. Please submit the required valid documents within the service period via WeChat official account and follow below steps:
By clicking “Contact Us” on chat dialog screen > upload identity document and tell us your Mainland China number.

Q18. How can I check“My Account”information?

A18. By clicking “My A/C” > “Account Info” > You can check the details.

Q19. How can I keep the Mainland China number after trial?

A19. You can enter “My Account” via「eSender」WeChat official account by clicking belows:
i) Top-up: Please select mobile number, payment method, choose package plan or recharge. (balance recharge minimum is HK$30 and must be used within the service period)
ii) Recharge Voucher: You can use Multi-byte recharge vouchers and enter the 18 digits PIN to purchase package plan.
iii) Package Plan: You can use the balance to Purchase the package plan.

Q20. Any special offer of recharge?

A20. During the promotion period, you can enjoy a 10% discount on the payment by WeChat (RMB) payment, only for purchase of package plan.

Q21. The recharge amount is shared for Mainland China number and Hong Kong number in the same WeChat account?

A21. No, the recharge amount is separately used for Mainland China number or Hong Kong number.

Q22. What is the package plan for「eSender」Mainland China number?

A22. The following is the「eSender」Mainland China Number Package Plan:
HK$28 for 30days;
HK$88 for 180days;
HK$128 for 360days;

Q23. What are the payment methods?

A23. Payment methods are available as follows:
i) Payment can via「eSender」WeChat official account or Multibyte website to make payment by Paypal (Diners, AE, VISA, Master), WeChat and Alipay.
* Alipay is unable to access WeChat official account, you must copy the URL to use browser to access.
** WeChat and Alipay Exchange Rate is counted RMB1 = HKD1.
ii)Payment in cash at any 7-Eleven stores in HK by presenting the barcodes (limited to balance recharge).
**The minimum cash payment per transaction is HK$30 (maximum is HK$5,000).It will take 2 working days for processing the payment and please keep receipt after payment.
iii) Payment in FPS at any Hong Kong Local Bank in HK (Limited to balance recharge)
* The minimum payment per transaction is HK$30. After paid, please upload the transfer record with eSender number via eSender WeChat official account, we will recharge the relevant amount to the designated eSender number as soon as possible.

Q24. How to recharge?

A24. You can enter “My Account” via「eSender」WeChat official account by clicking below:
i)Top-up: Please select mobile number, payment method, chosen package plan or recharge. (balance recharge minimum is HK$30 and must be used within the service period)
ii)Recharge Voucher: You can use Multi-byte recharge vouchers and enter the 18 digits PIN to purchase package plan.
iii)Package Plan: You can use the balance to Purchase the package plan.

Q25. What is the difference between Purchase package plan and balance recharge?

A25. The difference is as follows:
i)Purchase package plan can extend the service period.
ii)Balance recharge cannot extend the service period. But you can use the balance to purchase package plan and/or send SMS.

Q26. Can I use WeChat PC version to receive「eSender」SMS?

A26. Yes, please follow below steps:
Download and use the "computer version of the WeChat client" software
Download URL:http://weixin.qq.com/ click“free download”
Choose a computer operating system version (e.g. Windows)
Download completed, click“Install WeChat”
Installation completed, click“Run”--> enter QR Code login interface via WeChat account
Use handset via WeChat account Click“+”--> “Scan QR Code”
Scan successful, use handset to click “Login” to confirm
After confirmed, you can use the computer version log into WeChat account, also you can receive and view the SMS via computer and handset.
